Moneylenders Ginjiro and Ryuichi meet highschool girls Mizuki and Yuka when they cometo borrow money.
Meanwhile, in the city of Minami, store after store is bought up with the announcement that the entire area is to becomea shopping center, but in reality this is all part of a conspiracy between a land speculator and politician.
After being used by the two of them,Mizuki makes an online attack on a Japanese sweet shop that is a customer of Ginjiro and Ryuichi.
Ginjiro and Ryuichi then begin a counter-attack to save the injured Mizuki and the Japanese sweet shop that is on the verge of bankruptcy.
